In the year 2000, LÂ´Hou Ait-Haddou and his family âbereber nomads for generations â decided to settle and launch the ITRANE Hostel as a new way of life and a tool to introduce foreigners to native traditions and their culture, which takes place through hospitality, folklore, gastronomy and the astonishing natural surroundings.

The laid-back, comfortable and friendly atmosphere, combined with the kind attention that the owners give, makes the accommodation uniquely pleasant. The facilities are strategically located at a peaceful distance from the conventional routes while being easily accessible for any kind of vehicles. Ideally conceived for those who are looking for the essence of Morocco while enjoying a safe and comfortable stay.

In addition to be an obliging and helpful host, LÂ´Hou is a renowned guide of the area, capable of uncovering to his guests the most astonishing sides of Morocco, from the wild dessert to the magical landscapes, as well as the amazing world of the fossils and minerals, which are very abundant in the area. LÂ´Hou serves as an expert guide for many archeological and geological expeditions from all around the world

4 rooms built in native stone â (3 to 6 people) privated WC.

Bereber jaima â (flexible capacity) shared WC.

Private parking for all types of vehicles.

Videosurveillance throughout the facilities.

RESTAURANT

Enjoy the renowned bereber aromas and flavors, as always, served with care and tradition, which essence are the products raised and grown naturally in the area naturally, where even the bread is made by us.

The restaurant is open to every visitant, not necessarily being guest in the hostel , so you can enjoy it just “en passant”. ( Previous booking )

Enjoy riding a dromedaire through the Erg Chebbi dunes, where you can spend the night in jaimas (bereber traditional camps), visit the Rissani traditional market, travel through the oasis in a confortable 4x4, discover the fosils, visit the mystical kashbas, cinematographic locations, etc...
